The terms that apply when you work with KSK Digital Company LLC.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website and services of KSK Digital Company LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide web development, AI automation, digital marketing and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and cost for each project are defined in a separate proposal or agreement between you and the Company.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Standard schedule: 30% deposit upon signing, 40% at project midpoint, and 30% upon delivery. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month. We accept bank transfers, Stripe and PayPal.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom-developed work product is transferred to you. We retain the right to use general techniques, tools and frameworks. Third-party licenses (fonts, plugins, stock assets) remain subject to their respective license terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KSK Digital Company LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project.
6. Warranty
We provide a 30-day warranty after project delivery covering defects and bugs related to the agreed scope. Issues outside the original scope, third-party service outages, or changes made by other parties are not covered.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be invoiced for all work completed to date. Any deposits for unstarted work phases will be refunded.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. For questions, contact us at info@ksk-digital-company-llc.com.
