Work we have shipped

Systems running in production for clients in the US and Europe. Client names are withheld; what is described here is what was actually built.

🚗

Driving School Platform, South Florida

Web · CRM · Local SEO

The problem

Enquiries arrived by phone and text, were written down by hand, and got lost. The school had no way to see where students came from, and its site was invisible in the towns it actually served.

What we built

Bilingual site with a page for every service area, a student CRM with schedules and instructor assignments, phone and SMS wired into the student card, spam-resistant lead forms, and Google Ads rebuilt around real service geography.

In the system
84 service-area pages, EN and ES Calls and texts from the student card Every lead in the CRM and Telegram in seconds
🗽

Driving School Platform, New York City

Payments · Operations

The problem

Course seats were counted manually, permits arrived as photos in chat, payments were reconciled by hand, and reminders went out only when someone remembered to send them.

What we built

Online payments with automatic reconciliation, live seat counters on group courses, permit upload behind a login with an instant notification to staff, bulk email through a delivery provider, and an instructor portal with a structured application flow.

In the system
Card payments with automatic reconciliation Seat counts update themselves Permits and reminders handled without staff time
📞

AI Voice Agent for Inbound Calls

AI · Telephony

The problem

Calls outside business hours went to voicemail. Most callers never called back, and the business never learned what they wanted.

What we built

A telephone agent that answers in a natural voice, understands speech as it is spoken rather than after the caller stops, and can be interrupted mid-sentence like a human. It qualifies the caller, answers routine questions and hands the conversation over with a written summary.

In the system
Answers in a natural voice, around a second to respond Can be interrupted mid-sentence Every call summarised in writing
📝

Content Engine for a Network of Sites

AI · Content Operations

The problem

A network of niche sites needed steady publishing. Hiring writers for each one made no economic sense, and raw AI output was unusable: confident, generic and often wrong on facts.

What we built

A pipeline that researches a topic against live sources, writes a long-form article, then puts it through two independent critics that can block publication and a fact-checker that verifies risky claims against the web. Approved pieces publish themselves; anything doubtful waits for a human on a review dashboard.

In the system
39 sites on rotation Articles of 2,000+ words with sourced facts Blocking review before anything goes live

Warehouse System for an FBA Prep Center

Operations · Multilingual

The problem

A prep centre tracked incoming shipments, labelling and outbound loads in spreadsheets. Clients had no way to see the status of their goods and asked by message, one by one.

What we built

A warehouse system covering the full path from receiving and inspection to labelling and outbound shipment, with a client-facing view of stock and status, and an interface in four languages for a team and customer base that do not share one.

In the system
Receiving through outbound in one system Four interface languages Clients see status without asking

Live Speech Translation

AI · Real Time

The problem

Calls and meetings between teams that share no common language needed an interpreter on hand, which meant scheduling, cost and a third person in every conversation.

What we built

Speech is transcribed and translated as the person speaks, with voice activity detection that separates real speech from silence and background noise, so the translation keeps pace with the conversation instead of trailing a sentence behind.

In the system
Translates while the person is still speaking Runs in the browser, nothing to install Speech separated from background noise
🎓

Exam Prep App

PWA · Education

The problem

Learners preparing for a state written exam practised from PDFs and printouts, with no way to see which topics they kept failing.

What we built

A practice app installed straight from the browser, with question banks matched to the real exam format, progress that survives a lost connection, and topic-level feedback that shows where the gaps actually are.

In the system
Installs from the browser, no app store Practice tests in the real exam format Works offline on the phone

Vehicle Listings Aggregator

Data · Automation

The problem

Sourcing inventory meant a person opening auction and classified sites every morning and copying rows into a spreadsheet by hand.

What we built

Collectors pull listings from sources that actively resist automation, normalise them into one catalogue with photos, and refresh the public site on a schedule. What took a morning of manual work now happens before anyone opens a laptop.

In the system
Listings collected on a schedule One catalogue from several sources Photos and prices refreshed automatically
